Shaw's Plaza of Gilford is located at the intersection of U.S. Route 3 and U.S. Route 11 in Gilford, New Hampshire, a busy growing community. Gilford not only contains a strong base of year round residents, but also sees a dramatic increase in summertime residents due to its location between Lake Winnepasakee and Pugos Bay. This is evident by the success of the center. T.J. Maxx just relocated from a neighboring center in a smaller than average location, but doing higher than average sales volume. T.J. Maxx plans to build on that momentum in its newer, larger location adjacent to Shaw's. The outparcel, Mobil Oil, has proven longevity by having a presence at this site since 1972. Since then, the old station was demolished to make way for their new state-of-the art facility with gasoline, a convenience store, a sub shop and a full service car wash.
