- customized reporting
- research, analyze, consider and develop new vehicles for investment
- underwrite and formulate various alternatives for financing
Acquisition Requirements:
- post 1990 construction, or centers that underwent a re-hab after 1990
- neighborhood, grocery-anchored centers. Either individual or portfolios
- growth neighborhoods with strong demographics
- first or second in its market
- centers with increasing sales trends
